This site is an early-access sign-up page for FolkMatter. It does not accept medical records, health documents, or any information about a specific medication, diagnosis, or treatment.
What we collect
When you join early access, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your answer to who you manage medications for.
- If you choose to answer it, how you keep track of medications today, such as on paper or in an app.
- If you choose to answer it, whether you would keep other health documents in FolkMatter too.
- Your answer to whether you'd like to try FolkMatter before it opens to everyone.
- Basic acquisition information, such as which link brought you here (for example a campaign or referral source), so we can understand which channels are useful.
What we don't collect
This site does not ask for or accept:
- Diagnoses, medications, or other health information.
- Medical documents or photographs.
- Health card, insurance, or government ID numbers.
- Date of birth or patient names.
How we use it
To let you know when early testing opens, to understand who is interested in FolkMatter and why, and to measure which channels bring people who care about this problem. We do not sell this information.
Where it's stored
Sign-up information is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and pageview analytics with our analytics provider (PostHog), each under their own security practices.
Compliance
FolkMatter is an early-stage product. We do not currently claim HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, or GDPR compliance, or any other regulatory certification.
